The Executive and Team Coaching programme is an exciting one - tapping into the theme of authentic leadership for Executives and Teams.

In today's flat world, the question of leadership and coaching leaders is central to sustainable success in organizations.  And Executive Coaching and Team Coaching are central to this rapidly growing area of Professional Coaching.

One objective of the Executive Coaching track is to ensure a balance among business case studies, demonstrations, executive (one-to-one) and team coaching approaches - and delivered by an optimal mix of nationalities of speakers. Throughout this track, you will find practical, interactive, innovative and proven approaches which are directly relevant to both Executive and Team Coaching.

With added focus on leadership and authenticity, this track is designed to help coaches develop a way of behaving - as a coach, and as a leader - that is rooted in integrity and self-awareness.  Authentic leadership helps connect worlds and is understood globally, with no distinction of nation, race or whatever else, when embodied and displayed with truth, skills and coherence.

If you are an Executive Coach or Team Coach - experienced or simply interested to learn more more about Executive Coaching, we welcome you to explore these interactive and practical sessions.
