Coaching In Support Of A Dying Organisation (UK)
How do you evaluate the performance of coaches where the end result is that everyone leaves the organisation? How do you support a CEO to wind up his/her business after 5 years? This unusual case example has been carefully analysed as part of a Masters research study and will be presented here – outlining the successes and difficulties of coaching towards termination.

Biography .:. Stephen Daltrey

Stephen is Director of Coaching Services at the AEC. He is an experienced, people centred, PCC accredited executive coach who works from a values based perspective and has invested extensively in his personal development. He has considerable management, training and coaching experience, is a qualified counsellor and recently completed his Master’s research project. He has been a keynote speaker at conferences, seminars and business meetings.
