Track Speaker - Micky Gerber and Carmella Keet

An Innovative Model for Life Coaching in a Group Setting
This session introduces participants to a unique model for life coaching of individuals in a group setting. The presenters will explore the model’s theoretical background, and share examples of this process via video clips of real life group coaching sessions. In this session, participants will:
1. Learn both the theoretical basis of the model and the model itself.
2. Practice one of the tools used in the model in small groups.
3. Become clear about the distinction between personal and group coaching.
4. View short video clips to further understand the application of this process in real life settings.


Biography

Micky GerberMicky Gerber, M.A., is the co-founder and partner in the Israeli Centre for Group Coaching, a personal and group coach, educational consultant, group trainer and lecturer at the Jerusalem Teachers College. Micky meditates and practices Hatha Yoga on a regular basis.

Carmella KeetCarmella Keet, M.A., founder and manager of the Israeli Centre for Group Coaching, is a personal and group coach, NLP master, educational consultant, and senior group trainer. She supervises coaches in hi-tech and social organizations. Carmella dances and sings for her leisure.
