Track Speaker - Maureen Gallagher

How Coaching can be used to Synthesize Organisational Requirements
and Individual Style in Talent Management (UK)
Talent Management is an organisational initiative focusing on retaining the “best” people, but the development of leadership talent is an individual, personalised journey. The role of the coach is to help leaders to develop their own signature style within the parameters of the organisation. In this session Maureen will present and discuss her successful approach to this apparent dilemma with clients.
