This facilitated discussion speaks to serve the coach who wishes to deepen their coaching competence and their ability to assist their client to move more powerfully in the world. Co-facilitated by members of the ICF’s International Assessors Team, the Wisdom Circle will feature a short coaching demo followed by a deep discussion focused on single core competency or a related group of competencies. Wisdom Circles are for any coach who anticipates participating in the ICF Portfolio Exam Process within the next year.



Biography
Margaret Krigbaum MCC, JD, has coached for the last thirteen years. She is past Chair of the ICF’s Application Review Committee, is a former vice president of the ICF and was education chair for the 2007 ICF International Conference. Margaret coaches corporate teams, executives, and professional. Her practice includes individual clients and teams in thirteen countries and16 professions. Margaret has appeared as a speaker at the Japan Coaching Association and workshops for the ICF chapters in Germany, Switzerland, the Nordic countries, Italy, Columbia, the UK, and throughout the US. Margaret has taught masters’ classes for Mozaik in France, Coach 21 in Japan, and Top Human in China. Margaret has also presented at six ICF international conferences, three European conferences, and at the first Australian conference.


Giuseppe Meli MCC, discovered coaching when he was looking for effective ways to help people to learn, grow and to find a deeper meaning in what they do and in their lives. He worked as an HR manager for more then 10 years, then he decided to work as a coach full time, according with his life purpose. He offered more then 5.000 hours of coaching to individuals and groups all around Europe. At the moment, he is sharing his passion for learning, offering coaching, coach training and supervision for professional coaches in Italy, Spain, France and South America as the director for Southern Europe of SUN – Success Unlimited Network L.L.C, a coach training organization that offers coach training programs for professional coaches all world around.
He is a speaker in conferences and events related to the coaching in Europe and in the United States where he shares his passion for life and learning.
