The Roots and Fruits of Emergent Knowledge:
From Obstacles to Round Table Intelligence (France)
This session will expose participants to David Grove’s explorations into self organizing systems and emergent knowledge. In a spirit of playful inventiveness, the workshop will invite participants to discover and work with the “power and joy of 6” by asking clients the same question (but not just any question) six times. This process provides a safe environment for an accelerated self learning process. In this session participants will:

1. Through studying the process of emergent knowledge, learn about oneself as a coach.
2. Practice the “power and joy of 6” process to gain greater personal insight.
3. Discover how this innovative process can impact individual clients as well as a company team.
