Coaching Global Executive Nomads
Global nomads are different to expatriates. They have a common experience of moving multiple times to various countries that become part of their cultural identity. When they become executives in multinationals and replicate similar lifestyles, they bring with them particular characteristics that could be leveraged and managed by companies. What are these particular characteristics and how does one coach these executives? Are they masters in connecting worlds?
