This facilitated discussion speaks to serve the coach who wishes to deepen their coaching competence and their ability to assist their client to move more powerfully in the world. Co-facilitated by members of the ICF’s International Assessors Team, the Wisdom Circle will feature a short coaching demo followed by a deep discussion focused on single core competency or a related group of competencies. Wisdom Circles are for any coach who anticipates participating in the ICF Portfolio Exam Process within the next year.

Biography .:. Katrina Burrus MCC, PhD

Katrina has a proven track record in coaching numerous international executives. She has coached in industries including telecom, banking, food, perfumes, non-profits and pharmaceuticals. Her coaching career has taken her to Europe, Asia and the US, and she is recognized for her distinctive capabilities with executives and teams from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. As the founder of MKB CONSEIL & COACHING, she is affiliated with a network of international experts and scholar practitioners.

Katrina coaches global executive nomad, high potentials, and brilliant but abrasive senior executives. Katrina was the first Master Certified Coach in Switzerland from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Past President and founder of ICF Suisse Romand, and was part of the credentialing committee for Spanish speaking coaches. After two other Masters both in International Management and Human Development, Katrina did a Ph.D. in how the global financial markets affected Swiss Private Banking strategically.
