John works with executives to develop their ‘Personal Presence’, their self-confidence and authority to fulfill their management/leadership role in a genuine and authentic manner. His initial career as a Gestalt practitioner and trainer means he can quickly identify what the client has to change to improve their performance. He consistently strives to bring his authentic presence to being a coach, supervisor, trainer, presenter and business leader.
