Biography

Jesper J. Elling is recognized to be one of the best top-Management coaches in Scandinavia and a very successful business owner and president. He held several top management positions following ten years in consulting before entering the coaching business and co-founding The Coaching Company. The Coaching Company is now number one in Scandinavia, with more than 25 staff and annual growth between 40 and 90% and bottom-line performance of 36% (EBIT).

Søren Røssel - the last 11 years Søren has worked with executives in international companies with large scale change projects and restructuring programs including leader and organisational development. Søren holds a CBA, BBA & MBA from Henley Management College and has complementary educations from Harvard Business School & Andersen University Chicago in change management and organisational development. Søren coaches top executive and run corporate acceleration projects in top-100 companies.
