Biography .:. George Mann

George MannGeorge Mann regularly contributes to conferences on learning and change. As an international consultant specialising in Executive Development in US and European global corporations, he designs programs and processes which help accelerate the development of today’s and tomorrow’s leaders. His current interest is in helping make HRM truly strategic in that it supports the achievement of sustainable business growth. His corporate positions have included Head of HR for Hewlett Packard UK and Head of Human Resources Development for Digital Equipment Corporation Europe.

Together with Sumantra Ghoshal at Insead he implemented a major change program for DEC world-wide, a program highlighted as novel in Henry Mintzberg’s book “Managers Not MBAs”.
