This facilitated discussion speaks to serve the coach who wishes to deepen their coaching competence and their ability to assist their client to move more powerfully in the world. Co-facilitated by members of the ICF’s International Assessors Team, the Wisdom Circle will feature a short coaching demo followed by a deep discussion focused on single core competency or a related group of competencies. Wisdom Circles are for any coach who anticipates participating in the ICF Portfolio Exam Process within the next year.
Biography
Elizabeth Ferguson MCC was the first European to be awarded the ICF's Professional Certified Coach designation, and has been a Master Certified Coach for over 5 years. A past president of the ICF in the UK, Elizabeth's passion around standards in the coaching profession led her to be Chair of the ICF International Credentialing Committee, responsible for setting the standards for coaching around the world and she continues to be a senior assessor for ICF. Elizabeth’s company, DMA Ltd provides executive coaching, coach training, supervision, leadership and communication programmes and clients include FTSE 100 companies, international professional service firms and the public sector. She and her team have trained and mentored over 1000 coaches world-wide.
Franz Neumeyer PCC is a Certified Global Executive Coach and owner of Global Synergies, with offices near Detroit and Munich. The company focuses on the expansion of consciousness of global leaders and teams and supports the transformation of global organizations. Prior to becoming a coach, he has worked as a multi-cultural professional throughout his career. More than fifteen years’ executive experience, including seven years as CEO, has given him exposure to many countries and cultures. Mr. Neumeyer, a dual citizen of the US and Germany has been involved in business coaching for 15 years and coaches in English and German.
