Elizabeth Crosse PCC, FCIPD, MA is the Head of Learning and Development at the Legal Services Commission. Sabine Stritch (BSc, MCIPD, Dip Training and Development) is a qualified coach and has worked internationally as a consultant, coach and trainer. She works as a Senior Consultant with Roffey Park Institute, developing and project managing leadership, facilitation and personal effectiveness programmes , as well as coaching managers and senior managers in organisations.
