Track Speaker - Dorotea Brandin

Build your Self-Confidence to Build Your Business
Throughout the workshop I will help you monitor and improve your state(s) through the observing of your own breathing, heart rate, emotions, posture and body language. What do you feel, when you think of regularly growing your coaching business, what state do you go in? How is your inner dialogue? Building your business starts with building your motivation, your self-confidence, a sound attitude towards pricing your coaching and then nurturing and growing your business. Using the ‘solution focused’ approach, with Peter Szabo ‘brief coaching’ tools, I will take you beyond the obstacles you might envisage. Then, through mutual coaching, you will explore in detail where you want to go with your business.
