Track Speaker - Caroline Reineke

Being Present
How can one be authentic, ‘be present’, in the midst of a group? Dynamics and interaction among people have a big influence on the behavior of an individual and the team as a whole. What does it ask of a coach, whether coaching leaders in their complex context or facilitating teams towards performance? How can you in your role as coach be present in their system and notice what’s going on?

The session is centered on how to create a space as a coach within a team, where authenticity is welcomed. How can you be an invitation for others by example for openness and authenticity? In this experiential workshop you will get insight in Supportive Principles for Being Present.

Biography .:. Caroline Reineke

Caroline ReineckeIn my profession I have been fascinated by how people operate within systems. My life has been my biggest teacher and coach to become truly present. In my 20s I worked with groups in an international NGO-context. I have experienced how important it is to be in tune with one self and open to the other. Moving into corporate cultures in my 30s as a trainer/team facilitator, I noticed how important ‘self leadership’ was. The past years, I have discovered the power of (inner) silence and breath, to be more fully present and observe with more neutrality all that happens in teams and during consultation with groups and their managers. Leading myself with authenticity has helped me to be an invitation to others.
