Track Speaker - Bridget Tinker and Simon Fitzgerald

Instilling a coaching culture – one organisation’s story
This session will focus on Belron’s investment worldwide to develop the competencies of Leading Others and Developing Talent throughout their leadership cadre, and the role coaching has as part of the strategy to achieve these goals.

The session will also explore the challenges of introducing internal coaches into the UK business that had previously operated only with external ones, and the implications that has for extending the practice.


Biography

Bridget TinkerBridget is a Leadership Development Manager with Belron International.  Her role is to develop the leadership capability of the executives within the international business units, using a number of development interventions.  Previously to that she worked within Autoglass, a UK business unit and established the Belron UK coaching team, providing internal coaching support to managers from managers in other business functions or operating companies.

Simon FitzgeraldSimon is a Leadership Development Manager with Belron International.  Simon works in a small team dedicated to ensuring that Belron has outstanding leaders in each of its 30 Business Units/Countries.  He is an experienced development manager, and internal coach.  He previously worked within Autoglass as Development & Training Manager.
