Biography

Adrijana StrnadAdrijana Strnad ACC
As an Internal Corporate coach, Adrijana works primarily with young, new appointed managers, helping them to find and honour their own natural (authentic) way in that scary new executive role.
Adrijana has been working in the corporate arena for more than 12 years now. Managing high performing teams in the field of Marketing Operations, Communications and Human resource management, she is a passionate advocate and practitioner of coaching as key facilitating force for top performance.
She is known as a motivation, talent and performance management “freak”, an organizational entrepreneur with endless curiosity in discovering how team development, personal growth and business performance are connected.

Edin Brkić Edin Brkić
Edin is the acting Chief Executive Officer of the company whose case is presented -   KimTec Bosnia and Herzegovina, a member of MSan group, the leading IT and consumer electronic products distributor in the region of ex-Yugoslavia.
Edin graduated economics and completed his EMBA program at the IEDC School of Management  in Bled Slovenia, He has more than 10 years of management experience in fast growing FMCG, construction and IT industries. He is known by his consistent support in promoting and growing a coaching culture in his leadership team.
His interests are in general management, human resource management and finance.
