ROOM SHARING and HOST-A-COLLEAGUE PROGRAM

A wonderful way to create new connection with a colleague: If you would like to share your room (to share costs or offer accommodation to a colleague) with another participant but don’t know anyone, our team will assist you in the search of a room mate.

For a limited number of participants, coming from countries with an especially unfavourable exchange rate,  for whom the cost of the accommodations would be a true show stopper, we will do our best to find you a local colleague willing to host you.
